To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please follow the designated entry points based on your ticket type:

General Admission – Enter through the North Door

VIP Ticket Holders – Enter through the South Door

Important: Please view your tickets in advance to avoid additional steps at the door.

From North/West:

Take I-90/94 South to 76th Street

Head East on 76th Street to Greenwood Ave & Turn Right

From South/South Suburbs:

Take I-90/94 North to 79th Street

Head East on 79th Street to Greenwood Ave & Turn Left

Head North on Greenwood to 76th Street

Tickets for the Soar Awards are available exclusively on Ticketolocity.com. All tickets will be delivered as mobile e-tickets for a convenient, secure, and contactless entry—so your phone is all you need!

• Attendees must be seated by 6:50PM/CT (anyone not seated by this time may have to wait until a segment beak at approximately 7:15PM/CT)

• Live show starts at 7:00PM/CT

How to Access Your Mobile Tickets:

1. Open your Ticketolocity App or visit Ticketolocity.com on your mobile browser.

2. Sign in to your account and go to ‘My Events’ to find your ticket(s).

3. Tap your ticket and show it at the entrance. For faster check-in, add it to your mobile wallet. (Screenshots will not be accepted.)

4. Upon arrival at Greenwood Oasis, increase your phone’s screen brightness to assist with scanning and ensure your battery is fully charged.

5. Once scanned, you’re all set to enjoy the show!

Policies and Prohibited Items

Small umbrellas are permitted inside the venue. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, outside food and beverages, cameras with detachable lenses, video, and audio recording devices, signs of any kind, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, inflatables, laser pointers, noisemakers, poles or sticks of any kind (including flag poles and selfie sticks), weapons or dangerous devices of any kind, and animals, with the exception of service animals. Flash photography is not permitted. Cell phones and communication devices must be silenced or turned off during live filming. The venue is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is not allowed. The venue is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and ensures accessible accommodations for guests with protected disabilities.
